Carole has one true gift that she is passionate about: developing people. With an uncanny ability to bring people together through her motivational style, people naturally open up to Carole. Her clients include executives, managers and teams across the globe. She has been described as extremely knowledgeable, accountable and someone with a tremendous amount of integrity.

As a coach and consultant, Carole creates an environment where others can openly express their opinions without having the feeling that they will be criticized. A transfer of knowledge, energy and ideas between Carole and client takes place almost by osmosis.

Carole is known for her "visionary thinking", innovative approach to learning and personal development. She specializes in exposing people's hidden aptitudes and talents. Her most obvious qualities are her energy, compassion, inspiration, creativity, resourcefulness, enthusiasm and passion about everything she does. By inspiring individuals and teams to be more than they think they can be, and guiding them to fully develop themselves, she launches group's productivity and morale to new heights!

Carole holds an MBA from Dominican University with emphasis in Strategy Development, Knowledge Management and Management Information Systems and a BA in Business Administration from Rosary College. She has lived and studied Foreign Languages and Medical Administration in France and Germany. She speaks fluent German, French, Greek and English. She is a graduate of CoachU the first coaching university and is a certified professional coach.

Carole's story is an inspiring one and living proof that if you find your true path in life, you can realize your dream. An European immigrant born in Greece, raised in Germany, Carole lived and worked in France before coming the United States just nine years ago. She gave up a promising medical career in Europe in order to pursue her dream of helping others in a more personal and gratifying manner. She has faced many challenges since she founded her own company, but her story is truly an American odyssey. Currently she is married to her high school sweetheart and lives in Columbus, Ohio.

For the past 12 years, Carole Nicolaides, Founder and President of Progressive Leadership Inc, has worked with high tech and medical companies managing complex and diverse projects. She successfully managed and led culturally diverse teams to deliver breakthrough results.

During this time, Carole found a common downfall in most businesses. Whether high tech, biotech, financial or medical, most corporations focused more on technology instead of the development of their people. Yet, without great leaders your technology projects go nowhere. The majority of corporations did not realize that linking business and information technology strategies with people development was their key to success.

Carole also realized that she had unique abilities that could foster vast improvements in all these areas. From this realization, Carole founded Progressive Leadership Inc, in January of 2000, an executive coaching company dedicated to develop managers into leaders, transform departments into successful teams and provide the tools to build business success through human growth.

Progressive Leadership is a "networked professional service organization." The consultants and coaches who work with us are seasoned professionals, hold exceptional credentials and are certified by their industry and have a proven history record. Currently, we partnered with organizational development architects (experts in change management) and informational technology business architects to link technology with business strategies.
